Salami Wedge Salad

 

Ingredients:
14oz A&H salami
1 head iceberg lettuce, cut into wedges
6 eggs, soft boiled (until jammy consistency)

Garnish with pickled purple onions, avocado, cherry tomatoes and dressing of choice. (dressing shown here, caesar dressing)

Directions: Cut salami into chunks, stir fry until golden, set aside. Boil water and carefully place eggs in to boil. Cook for 6 minutes, 45 seconds. Remove eggs and transfer to a cool water bath, wait a few minutes and peel carefully. Place lettuce wedges on individual plates. Add the stir fried salami, jammy eggs cut in half, cherry tomatoes, avocados to each plate. Drizzle with dressing and serve.
